ISO 9001 certificate

Victa has been officially ISO 9001 certified since April 2019. With this certification we have developed a management system for quality. We use this system to assess whether our organization is able to meet the requirements of our customers and whether we generally comply with laws and regulations applicable to products/services and the requirements of the organization itself.

ISO 9001 is a standard that sets requirements for an organization's quality management system. The basic principles of a QMS are customer satisfaction, working with processes, risks and opportunities, information security and continuous improvement.
