Smarter through data visualization

Visualizing all data including e-commerce data.

BALR. offers a true omnichannel experience, with online sales responsible for the largest portion of revenue, closely followed by shop-in-shop stores and proprietary flagship stores. BALR. was established in 2013, meaning they do not face IT legacy issues that other retailers encounter when creating a multichannel, integrated customer journey.

For data visualization, we opted for an open-source solution, Kibana, connected to our e-commerce system. However, we realized that to become smarter, we needed to visualize all our data, not just the transaction and customer data from our e-commerce system.
